}Get Sequence Call Records
The calls this sequence placed, one record per attempt, newest first.
outcome is a closed four-value vocabulary — successful,
unsuccessful, no_outcome_recorded, opt_out — rather than the
campaign filter builder: those filters name workflow_runs columns, and
the rows here are running-step rows of which only some have a run, so that
vocabulary would silently drop every failed dial it cannot describe. The
values are the analytics cards’ own buckets, taken from the same constant
the aggregate counts with, so a card can never offer a view the route then
rejects. A call still in flight matches none of them, by design.
filters is the Analytics panel’s own general filter — the one that
narrows the cards above this list. It is parsed and validated the same
way (:func:_parse_sequence_analytics_filters) and resolved through the
same :func:resolve_filtered_running_step_ids the cards use, applied
together with outcome rather than instead of it, so this list can
never show a set the cards above it disagree with.
sort_by is the one vocabulary all three call logs share — created_at,
duration, credits, cost — and an unknown key is a 400 rather than a
quiet fall-through to the default ordering, matching /workflow/{id}/runs.
created_at means the attempt’s executed_at on this endpoint, not the
run’s created_at. The two agree to within a second for a record that
has a run, but a dial refused at DISPATCH has no run at all, so the run’s
created_at is NULL for precisely the rows an operator opens this table to
find — ordering by it would bury every one of them at one end of the list.
executed_at is the attempt’s own timestamp, is populated for those rows,
and is already this list’s default ordering.
